Crescent Announces Staff Changes.

Carolyn Zelle is a new addition to Crescent's Health Management team. She is an RN with a bachelor’s degree in Health Management from Spring Arbor University. Carolyn has been a medical case manager for 16 years and her experience includes patient health education as well as direct care staff training. Most recently, she was a Clinical Specialist for Western Highlands Network where she did utilization management and quality assurance for mental health services in an eight-county area.
Carolyn
joins Crescent as a Case Manager serving clients in Buncombe and surrounding counties.

"Carolyn joins Crescent's health management team at a very exciting time as we expand the scope of our services," says Sandy Smith, Crescent's Vice President of Health Management. "I look forward to her contributions in firmly establishing Crescent as the market leader."

Another new face on the Crescent team is Stacy Parker who has been appointed Client Service Coordinator in the Pharmacy Benefit Management department. Stacy began her career working as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail pharmacy before working for ACS Government Healthcare, the country's largest government program pharmacy benefits administrator. As Pharmacy Services Specialist, then Provider Relations Analyst with ACS, she helped to support 32 programs in 26 states and the District of Columbia with management of drug expenditures.
"Stacy's knowledge of pharmacy benefit programs and procedures is already making our PBM service even stronger," commented Operations Manager, Jennifer Moore.

Carolyn and Stacy will both be based at Crescent's headquarters in Asheville.
